Q: Can I stay with my dog during grooming?

A: Absolutely! We welcome owners to stay when it helps their dog feel more comfortable. This is especially beneficial for reactive dogs and we have a comfortable area for you to wait.

Q: What if my dog has been refused by other groomers?

A: This is our specialty! Many of our regular clients were previously labeled as "ungroomable." We take pride in helping these dogs overcome their fears and learn to enjoy grooming. We start with meet-and-greets and build trust gradually.

Q: How long does a typical appointment take?

A: It varies greatly depending on your dog's size, needs and comfort level. We never rush - quality and comfort are our priorities. You can always call or text us to speack with a groomer about your dog's progress and estimated completion time.

Q: Do you handle dogs with skin conditions?

A: Yes! We specialize in chronic skin and coat issues, offering medicated baths, therapeutic treatments, and gentle care for sensitive skin.

Q: What if we need to stop mid-grooming?

A: No problem! If your dog becomes too stressed, we can always pause, take a break, or even schedule a follow-up appointment to finish. Your dog's wellbeing always comes first, and there's never any pressure to continue if they're uncomfortable.

Q: Do you offer emergency grooming services?

A: While we're not a 24/7 emergency service, we do our best to accommodate urgent situations during business hours. If your dog has gotten into something messy or needs immediate attention, call us and we'll see what we can do!
